Gospel Music In The Park Vendor Information

Vendor participation requires a one time registration fee of $100 to Royal Ambassador Productions. If vendor is interested in selling food, they will also need to obtain a food permit.

This year we also have a Premium package for $125 which will include us interviewing your business and sharing that interview with our social media platforms 6 weeks before the event on August 8th.

Early Bird specials:

Early bird specials are now available through April 30th, 2026.

The early bird prices are $85 for the standard vendor package and $110 for premium package.

If you are interested in being a vendor at Gospel Music In The Park 2026, please fill out the below form and press the ‘submit’ button. We will then contact you shortly regarding your participation.

Please note that all vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs and/or tents. The maximum space per vendor is 12 x 12 (unless otherwise approved). Royal Ambassador Productions will not be able to provide tables, chairs, and tents or provide assistance for set-up to any vendors.
